Will the benefits of a government run health plan out weigh the risks involved? It is a question that is on the minds of many Americans and if you haven't yet thought about both sides of this issue you need to.

On one hand you have those who are living without health care. This is a life or death situation for many Americans and not just those who are poor. There are a number of groups like the unemployed and those who are terminally ill who are currently living without insurance. For these individuals a government sponsored health care plan seems like a dream come true.

On the other hand the Americans that have health insurance benefits through their employment. They receive good quality health care and have little worries about their financial future because of this. They know that when they have a need to see a health care provider that they are able to do so whether for a regular health screening or for treatment for an injury or illness.

The concern is that while those without health insurance will benefit greatly from a government run health care system that those who currently are insured will face longer waits, higher insurance premiums and an overall reduction of the quality of care that they are currently receiving. As it is right now it can take days or weeks to get in to see a health care professional and the fear is that with everyone being insured that wait times will be increased and quality care reduced do to this influx of new patients.

The future of your health care may hang in the balance and while many are excited at the idea of a government instituted health care plan others cringe at the thought of handing their health care over to those who have barely been able to manage the Medicare system. In the long run it is just a wait and see game and many are uneasy at the thought of where the quality of health care in the U.S. may wind up.

Interruption Marketing is when you interrupt people from what they are doing in order to ask them to pay attention to something else.
